About the role
To operate and support manufacturing processes on the shopfloor, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
What you'll do
- Operate production machines such as blow molding, welding, assembly, and testing equipment as per SOPs
- Support machine start-up, basic setup, and minor troubleshooting during shift operations
- Ensure smooth production flow by handling materials, components, and finished goods
- Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities in machine, process, or product quality
- Maintain required production output while minimizing scrap and rework
What you need
- 3–6 yrs of experience
- Preventive maintenance
- Welding
- SOP writing
- Troubleshooting

- ITI or Diploma or Class 12
