Production Planning & Control (Manager / Senior Manager)

About the role

As the Head of Production Planning & Control, incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning, scheduling, and control to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.

• Scheduling : Create and manage production schedules, taking into account machine capacity, material availability
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination within the supply chain
• Process Improvement : Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on production performance, challenges, and proposed solutions
