What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end Fund Accounting and Financial/Investor Reporting for Private/Alternative Investment Funds
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting, financial statements and annual audits
• Review NAV/fund reporting, bank reconciliations, invoices, payments and management fees
• Support capital calls, distributions, ILPA reporting, cash/liquidity management and bridge facilities
• Review investment valuations, performance fee calculations, fund structures, LPAs and side-letter requirements

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Financial statements
• Operational risk
• Reconciliation
• Valuation
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA or M.Com
