Production Supervisor Testing Operation (FAT) - Switchgear at Siemens. Daily Operations.

What you'll do

• Assign daily tasks to testing engineers based on FAT priorities
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure Permit to Work (PTW) compliance before energizing power supply trolleys
• Supervise testing activities to ensure adherence to Work Instructions (WIS) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) guidelines
• Monitor and ensure panel readiness before Final Release Testing (FRT)
• Address technical queries in coordination with FAT Leads

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Electrical systems
• 5S
• Calibration
• Safety management
• Maintenance
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
