About the role

The Test Supervisor is responsible for leading Factory Routine Testing (FRT) and Factory Acceptance The role involves supervising testing teams, maintaining EHS compliance, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring timely delivery of testing operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily Factory Routine Testing (FRT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Allocate work to testing engineers and monitor daily output
• Ensure compliance with EHS, PTW, WIS, HIRA, and 5S standards
• Conduct toolbox talks and promotes a strong safety culture
• Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during testing

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience

• Calibration
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
