Production Supervsior

About the role

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role manages frontline employees, coordinates workflow, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Supervise production team members and assign tasks to meet daily output goals
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management or engineering as needed
• Train and coach employees on standard operating procedures and safety practices
• Maintain accurate production records and support shift handovers

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Lean manufacturing
• Safety practices
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
