Production Support Engineer

About the role

The L2 Production Support team is responsible for providing application support, incident management, problem resolution, and operational stability for critical client-facing AWS Applications. The team works closely with clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure high availability, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 application support for production environments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and client teams during incident resolution
