Production Test Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer (Electronic Board Test Engineer) responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality of electronic assemblies and PCB boards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing test procedures, identifying issues at the board and component level, and supporting continuous improvement in the production process.

What you'll do

• Perform functional and in-circuit testing (ICT) of assembled electronic boards (PCBs)
• Troubleshoot and analyze defective boards to identify root causes (component-level and circuit-level)
• Prepare and maintain test procedures, checklists, and quality records
• Work closely with the R&D and production teams to resolve technical issues and implement design-for-test (DFT) improvements
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing and validating test setups and jigs

What you need
