About the role

This is an infrastructure + L2/L3 support role (not software development). You will support production systems across cloud and on-prem, handle deployments/upgrades, reduce downtime, and support IS

What you'll do

Deploy, upgrade and maintain RTDS production environments (cloud + on-prem) to ensure high uptime
Provide L2/L3 support: troubleshooting, incident resolution, RCA, and service restoration
Administer AWS/Azure infrastructure, networking, and security
Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
Execute safe deployments and upgrades with proper validation and rollback plans
