About the role

About the Role - We are looking for a Program Associate to support and lead ground-level implementation of either The Bridge Fellowship or Civic Fellowship , based on organizational requirements and the candidate’s profile. For The Bridge Fellowship , the Associate will work towards strengthening educational access and continuity for children by supporting Fellows, Community Managers, schools, families and government stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and monitor on-ground program implementation
• Support, coach and develop Fellows and Community Managers
• Conduct training, observations, reflection and debrief conversations
• Track program progress, data cycles and team performance
• Identify challenges and support timely solutions

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Stakeholder management
• Project management
• Data analysis
• Problem solving
• Process improvement
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹3 L–₹4 L a year
