About the role

The role of the Program Buyer is to anticipate the specific requirements for new programs (supplier technologies, geographical location and target costs), ensure the commodity panel strategy is FACTURE N° F-202411-288 appropriate to support the program, select and pilot suppliers from the agreed supplier panel in order to achieve Program objectives.

What you'll do

• Ensure supplier selection from the agreed supplier panel: identify and consult suppliers, manages supplier RFQ based on panel given by the Commodity Buyers
• Negotiate or participate with the Commodity Buyers in supplier negotiations and in the final choice of supplier
• Track performance during the program phase: manage suppliers, compare costs with objectives, ensure quality during the program phase
• Ensure early involvement of the Series Buyers in the program before the series phase
• Manage specific mandated suppliers when requested and agreed with customers

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or BBA
