Program Coordinator- Medical Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in a Remote capacity. As a Program Coordinator, you will support clinical research activities and medical communications initiatives that advance new treatments for patients. This position plays a key role in project coordination, stakeholder communication, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the highest quality standards in project delivery.

What you'll do

• Coordinate program timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure project success
• Manage publications and medical education project tracking and reporting using specialized tools
• Organize meetings, congress submissions, and logistics to support team operations and client engagement
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and status reports for internal and client visibility
• Monitor budgets, risks, and issue resolution to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
