Program Director

About the role

The Program Director provides executive leadership and overall PMC accountability for the integrated Solar, Wind and BESS programme. The role ensures that recommendations presented to the Client are coordinated, evidence-based, and aligned with contractual milestones while maintaining effective programme governance and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

• Programme Governance & Leadership
• Establish programme governance structures, decision gates, escalation protocols, and reporting cadence across all project packages
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to PMC teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and programme milestones
• Drive executive-level decision-making and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Chair executive progress meetings, risk reviews, interface reviews, and commissioning readiness assessments with the Client and package leaders
