About the role

Program Leader – Semiconductor Equipment at Quest Global. Establish and scale an Offshore Development Center (ODC) from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Establish and scale an Offshore Development Center (ODC) from the ground up
  • Define ODC governance, delivery processes, KPIs, resource planning, and operational excellence
  • Build and mentor cross-functional teams including Software Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts
  • Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and budget
  • Act as the primary customer interface, managing stakeholder communication and executive reviews
