About the role
You will drive business, funnel design and performance, partner with Sales, Credit, Ops, and Tech, and translate business goals into clear product and operating plans.
What you'll do
- Own product / business P&L levers for assigned EMI products or segments (volume, conversion, quality, revenue)
- Design, monitor, and optimise the full sales and credit funnel (lead → login → sanction → disbursement → activation)
- Set funnel targets, diagnose drop-offs, and drive corrective actions with Sales, Credit, and Ops
- Build and monitor the physical touchpoints required for the product
- Define and track business MIS / KPIs; run weekly / monthly business reviews with leadership
