About the role

We are looking for a senior Sales Planning & Distribution Strategy leader to drive data-led planning and distribution strategy for a large-scale field sales organisation. The role will focus on network planning, manpower optimisation, territory design, productivity improvement and capability building.

What you'll do

• Lead Sales Planning and Distribution Strategy for a large field organisation
• Develop manpower and network plans based on business potential, productivity and market requirements
• Design and optimise territories, locations and field-force deployment
• Use business data and analytics to identify productivity gaps and improve sales output
• Develop frameworks for workforce planning, capacity planning and productivity management
