Program Management (Technical), Principal-18233 at Synopsys (incl. Ansys). Manage end-to-end IP development programs for tier-one customers, from initial requirements through silicon bring-up.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end IP development programs for tier-one customers, from initial requirements through silicon bring-up
• Plan and drive program schedules across standard IP deliveries, custom IP development, and foundry process technology node transitions
• Identify, track, and escalate technical and schedule risks, driving issues to resolution across internal development teams and external customer stakeholders
• Coordinate IP integration activities with customer SoC design teams, ensuring successful acquisition, integration, and silicon validation
• Translate customer SoC requirements into actionable development plans, working with R&D to align IP roadmaps with customer product timelines

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• B.Tech or B.E.
