What you'll do

• Oversee all phases of project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards and governance frameworks
• Establish robust reporting mechanisms, risk registers, action logs, and change-control systems
• Coordinate with the client’s global and regional stakeholders for approvals, audits, documentation, and compliance
• Drive integration between base build and fit-out delivery to ensure seamless technical alignment
• Lead project controls: cost management, scheduling, risk forecasting, and variance analysis
