About the role

10-12 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or a related HR leadership function. Experience managing complex and sensitive workplace investigations and employee cases. Demonstrated ability to assess organisational risk and drive compliant, business-aligned solutions. Opportunity to shape Employee Relations strategy and governance across a large organisation.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic Employee Relations and HR governance initiatives
• Manage employee grievances, workplace concerns, and inquiry resolution in a timely and consistent manner
• Lead complex Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary matters, conduct issues, performance concerns, leaves of absence, and involuntary exits
• Drive HR compliance, employment law adherence, labour code readiness, and governance initiatives
• Identify compliance risks and partner with relevant stakeholders to implement mitigation plans
