About the role

The Program Manager – HDS ITR Engineering is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, growth, and strategic development of the HDS Inquiry-to-Remittance (ITR) Engineering portfolio. The role oversees Accessories Design Engineering and Agile & Core ITR Upgrade teams, ensuring delivery excellence (KPI Milestones), customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth while fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

What you'll do

• Lead the HDS ITR Engineering program across Accessories Design Engineering and Agile & Core ITR Upgrade portfolios
• Ensure delivery excellence with focus on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction
• Drive execution against program KPIs including OTD, FTQ, Productivity, Utilization, and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ)
• Provide governance through regular operational reviews, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
