Program Manager II, Amazon Books

About the role

The BRM Automation team is responsible for driving automation, AI adoption, and process transformation across Books Risk Management. We operate at the intersection of business, risk, and technology, partnering closely with engineering and product teams to solve some of the most complex challenges in the Books ecosystem.

What you'll do

• You may start your day reviewing operational metrics and automation performance, investigating a production issue impacting a critical workflow
• Regularly work across business, product, and technical teams to solve complex problems, prioritize opportunities
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to identify opportunities, build scalable solutions, drive automation adoption
• Lead high-visibility initiatives, investigate complex operational challenges, influence technical roadmaps
• Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Application Engineers, and Risk teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Excel
• SQL
• Process improvement
• Project management
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
