Program Manager II, Transportation Long Term Capacity Planning

About the role

The Long Term Middle and Last Mile Capacity Planning Team strategically plans and executes Transportation network topology over a 1-3 year horizon. We unite teams to evolve the network, optimizing cost, speed, and reliability with customer focus. We develop capacity solutions for current and future demands, ensuring business continuity through peak periods.

What you'll do

• Lead long-term forecasting efforts for the Middle Mile network, focusing on Quarterly Guidance Numbers Validation
• Run and maintain complex forecasting models to predict network capacity requirements 1-3 years in advance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for accurate long-term forecasting
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and business strategies to refine long-term forecasting methodologies
• Present forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making
