Program Manager, Influencer Marketing

About the role

We're looking for a Program Manager, Influencer Marketing to build and scale Atlys' influencer marketing engine from the ground up. You'll own the end-to-end influencer marketing program, from identifying and onboarding creators to developing campaign strategies, negotiating partnerships and driving content production at scale.

What you'll do

• Build the influencer marketing program: Develop the overall creator strategy across platforms, categories and creator tiers
• Own influencer partnerships: Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage creator partnerships, including commercial agreements, deliverables and long-term relationships
• Drive campaign execution: Plan and execute influencer campaigns end to end, from briefing and content ideation to production, publishing and performance tracking
• Manage budgets and performance: Own campaign budgets, track spends and evaluate performance through metrics such as reach, engagement, cost per view, cost per visit
• Build a scalable creator network: Establish a strong pipeline of creators, agencies and talent partners while developing processes for sourcing
