You will own root-cause classification and attribution logic, drive accuracy and standardization so investigations can be consistently applied across teams, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. You hold a high bar for quality and data integrity, look for ways to eliminate effort rather than add it, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Typically begins the day by reviewing and analyzing data to track key performance indicators and identify trends
• They collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accurate reporting
• Additionally, they may oversee the development and implementation of reporting systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency
