Program Manager

About the role

At Olyv, Program Managers are problem solvers and execution leaders . As a Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Growth, Marketing, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution.

What you'll do

• Drive cross-functional programs across lending, growth, customer experience, risk, and operational efficiency
• Translate business priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and operational processes
• Take end-to-end ownership of programs from planning through execution and closure
• Define objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Excel
