• Drive the end-to-end R&D processes to accelerate new product development (NPD)
• Continuous process improvements and lead implementation through cross-functional workshops, change management, and IT systems adoption
• Conduct process audits to evaluate performance and establish actionable short- and long-term plans that continuously optimize project Quality, Cost
• Deliver weekly/monthly strategic presentations and backup documentation to CXO leadership, driving the implementation of executive guidelines and feedback
