About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Success Manager to lead our customer success efforts in our partner schools. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our school partners achieve their unique learning goals and experience exceptional value through our programs. You'll be at the forefront of driving high engagement, satisfaction, and renewals, ultimately contributing to our mission of making quality education accessible to all.

What you'll do

• Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing support to School Implementation Officers (SIOs) on using the program effectively and achieving desired outcomes

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Communication

• Any graduate
