Programmatic Ad Ops Lead

About the role

As our Programmatic Ad Ops Lead, you'll help us maximise the commercial value of our media inventory across digital and traditional channels. You'll combine advertising expertise, commercial thinking and strong analytical skills to understand what is driving performance, identify opportunities to optimise revenue and inventory utilisation, and turn complex data into clear recommendations and action.

What you'll do

• Work at the intersection of media, data and commercial strategy, using performance insights to influence how we price, plan and monetise advertising inventory
• Own yield, pricing and revenue optimisation across channels, using inventory
• Analyse traffic, sell-through, inventory capacity, pricing and key advertising metrics such as CPM and CTR, translating trends into clear commercial recommendations
• Provide inventory and revenue forecasts, identifying future capacity, opportunities and risks and supporting annual and longer-term planning
• Build a strong understanding of digital advertising and ad-serving dynamics, including targeting, frequency, placement, delivery and auctions
