About the role

Prepare project management deliverables such as the project charter, project plan or schedule, risk and issue tracker, communication plan, stakeholder mapping, MOM, and weekly reports.Standardise processes and define templates for project deliverables. Prepare reports and dashboards. Manage resourcing and optimise resource utilisation. handle knowledge management and organise training.

What you'll do

• Support the project manager with end-to-end project management activities
• Prepare project management deliverables such as the project charter, project plan or schedule, risk and issue tracker, communication plan, stakeholder mapping, MOM
• Prepare reports and dashboards
• Manage resourcing and optimise resource utilisation. handle knowledge management and organise training
• Manage document on boarding and off boarding processes

What you need

• 1–1.5 yrs of experience
• Project management
• Agile
• JIRA
• Any graduate
