Project Coordinator- Construction Management

About the role

The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development and construction management projects. This role focuses on maintaining accurate project documentation, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance across all project phases.

What you'll do

• Draft, process, and track project contracts, change orders, and related documentation
• Coordinate vendor and consultant activities to ensure timelines and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility across platforms
• Support project closeout processes, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder handovers
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and reports to monitor milestones, deliverables, and key activities

What you need
