Project Coordinator, eCOA

About the role

In this role, you will support the successful delivery of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) projects for clinical trials worldwide. Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate study activities from initial planning and setup through monitoring and closeout.

What you'll do

• Support Project Managers throughout the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA clinical studies
• Coordinate study database setup, project documentation, operational activities, and key deliverables
• Maintain accurate and organized project records and study documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate the distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and logistics of study devices and equipment
• Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, meeting materials, and study communications
