Project Coordinator/Manager

About the role

You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

What you'll do

• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
• Perform Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the team and individual members to align with company goals
• Lead and manage developers and QA teams, ensuring collaboration and high-quality deliverables
• Define, allocate, and monitor project tasks, ensuring accountability and timely completion
