Manage the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of compensation programs including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and compensation analytics and metrics. Design and implement compensation programs, policies and procedures that are competitive, locally compliant and equitable. Partner with management, recruiting and HR partners to assess labor market trends, competitive practices and determine pay recommendations.
