Project Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project / Engagement Director to lead and oversee large-scale government and public sector IT/infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring successful project delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for complex IT and infrastructure projects
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical experts, consultants, and vendors
• Develop project governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and performance monitoring mechanisms

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Stakeholder management
• Client relationship
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
