About the role

The Project Engineer (Electrical / AGL - Airside) shall report to the Package Manager - Airside and be responsible for ensuring work-front availability, achieving agreed construction progress targets, identifying and escalating delays, constraints, resource shortages, and interface-related bottlenecks, and supporting timely delivery of Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) and associated airside electrical works.

What you'll do

  • Review GFC drawings, specifications, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions
  • Ensure work-front availability and support achievement of agreed construction progress targets
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of AGL systems, including runway, taxiway and apron lighting, CCRs, isolation transformers, series circuits, duct banks, pits
  • Monitor construction progress and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delays, constraints, resource shortages, and interface issues
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, airport stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of AGL and airfield electrical works
