About the role

Candidates from Infrastructure sector (Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Storage, Roads & Highways, Data Centers etc.) background will be preferred. Preparing high-quality reviews preparation such as Annual and Quarterly Reviews, assistance in new and enhancement transactions, waivers and amendment memos etc.

What you'll do

• Preparing high-quality reviews preparation such as Annual and Quarterly Reviews, assistance in new and enhancement transactions, waivers and amendment memos etc
• Analyzing global geopolitical issues, Industry research and legal and regulatory framework to help prepare high-quality memos for various infrastructure portfolio
• Conduct due diligence and credit risk assessments, including technical and financial analysis
• Build and maintain financial models for projects finance transactions
• Analyze and identify risks, recommending protective structures for transactions

What you need

• 9–12 yrs of experience
