Project Head

About the role

The Project Head will be responsible for project planning, execution, commercial performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, resource management, quality, safety, and timely project delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects, cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and contractual commitments.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover of multiple engineering projects
• Develop project execution strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
• Drive project profitability and customer satisfaction

What you need

• 15–20 yrs of experience
