Project Lead Engineer HVDC

About the role

Project Lead Engineer HVDC will be technical lead for all Engineering disciplines, focusing on Electrical, Electromechanical & Civil design for HVDC projects. You will support the project team in technical coordination with Plants team. You will interact with customers, contractors and suppliers. You will collaborate and network with engineering colleagues within Hitachi Energy, share best practice across various projects and disciplines.

What you'll do

• Interact with customers, contractors and suppliers. Attend project meetings and present all technical aspects of project assignments
• Be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
