About the role

This is an exciting and fast-paced role, which requires exceptional technical data and Data Engineering skills with the opportunity to create huge impact to Ford Pro Commercial business. Pro 360 Data Analytics & AI Portfolio: Leads design and product teams which create the operational core data capability for Ford Pro Tech.

What you'll do

• Be instrumental in designing, developing, and evolving our cloud native services supporting analytic software tools to identify best designs, improve business processes
• Drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our core systems
• Develop Spring Boot/Java API/microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) utilizing GCP services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Pub/Sub, and more
• Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, adherence to architectural principles, and the development of reusable frameworks and components
• Deliver software frequently using Test Driven Development (TDD), continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD)

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
