What you'll do

• Develop team goals with department heads, managers and the engagement leads — then distribute the work to the team members right for it
• Build and run the team schedules that turn an engagement plan into people’s working weeks
• Lead everyone without prejudice — the standard is the same for the strongest and the newest, and visibly so
• Use: Team-scheduling and capacity planning, Project-management platforms, Workload and progress dashboards, Retrospective and feedback tooling
