About the role

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic background 4-6 years of prior domain experience/ relevant expertise e,g. Synergy analysis (and/or cost diagnostics), Due Diligence (M&A or Private Equity), Merger Integration, Divestiture strategy, etc High-level competence in core analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Associates /Analysts to produce client-ready products and analysis, generating strong business insights and understanding implications
• Works under the guidance of the COE Manager/Senior Manager, playing a key role in driving the team’s overall answer, final materials, client communication
• Brainstorming with the Manager on various aspects for IP development, CD, case work as needed
• Works with project/case teams across geographies and industries; however, they focus almost exclusively M&A related projects/ cases
• Ensure timely, high quality, error-free research, analysis and output produced by the analysts/associates. Driving insights through data analysis
