Project Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Project Leader to join our team in a Remote capacity. As a Project Leader, you will lead Parexel and client teams by combining deep clinical research expertise with strategic insight to develop innovative solutions that drive clinical trial success. This position plays a key role in study execution, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage medium to high complexity clinical trials or low complexity clinical trial programs with full accountability for project deliverables, timelines
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with key milestones, budgets, and resources assigned to specific tasks and outcomes
