About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager with a degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) and 13-15 years of experience in the planning, design, execution, and management of large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and industrial projects.
What you'll do
- Project Planning & Management
- Assist in the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of construction projects
- Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies
- Monitor project progress against established milestones and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients for seamless project delivery
