Project Manager

About the role

Manage medium to large projects, with small to medium complexity or business impact, in accordance with Alfa Laval’s project methodology to reach desired outcome.

What you'll do

• Carry out the activity of Project Manager on orders for the replacement of parts or complete exchangers, including Shell and Tube or Air Coolers
• Prepare the Order Opening document upon receipt of the order, containing main information to be discussed during the order opening meeting with relevant department…
• Monitor activities carried out by various departments and interface directly with suppliers to ensure final delivery
• Monitor Purchase Requests and related Orders to ensure they respect the budget and that deliveries align with the manufacturing plan
• Prepare Progress Reports on the order's status with illustrations, graphs, and other relevant information for the customer

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Project management
• Data warehousing
• Agile
• Any graduate
