Project Manager (Civil)

About the role

The Project Manager (Civil) is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of civil construction activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Planning & Execution: Oversee and direct day-to-day civil construction activities strictly in accordance with approved structural drawings, architectural specifications
• Resource Management & Cost Control: Plan, monitor, and optimize the utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower; check physical measurements, contractor bills
• Reporting: Prepare and present precise progress updates, lookahead schedules, technical summaries

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• Construction
• MS Project
• Primavera
• Project management
• Excel
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
