Project Manager - Claims Transformation Team

About the role

You will support the European Claims Transformation portfolio, working closely with senior leaders across the organization to help develop and execute plans that analyze and standardize processes, drive change and technology implementation, and improve operational capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Lead meetings with cross-functional teams and communicate progress, outcomes, and risks clearly to stakeholders
• Coordinate project activities across business experts, key sponsors, IT delivery teams, and external vendors
• Manage project planning, scheduling, documentation, and periodic reporting with high quality and accuracy
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
• Support change initiatives by preparing training materials, facilitating training sessions, and assisting with UAT and system testing
