Project Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project cost management functions, including cost planning, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, value engineering, procurement cost evaluation, variation management, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, contractual obligations, project objectives, cash flow requirements, and overall project financial performance.

What you'll do

• Manage change orders, variations, cost impacts, and value engineering initiatives while safeguarding project financial objectives
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to support cost estimation, vendor evaluations, budgeting, and cost-effective decision-making
