Project Manager, eCOA

About the role

As a Project Manager within our eCOA business unit, you will lead cross-functional project teams through the successful execution of global clinical studies, ensuring high-quality delivery, exceptional customer service, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. You will serve as a trusted partner to sponsors and internal stakeholders, driving study success from startup through closeout while helping bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA studies and programs
• Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional operational teams
• Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate the distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and management of study devices and associated equipment
• Create, review, and distribute study status reports, metrics, and project communications
