This individual will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Lead the planning and implementation of real estate projects, including setting project scope, goals, and timelines
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
