About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver residential real estate projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines with experience is highrise . The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of residential construction projects
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage project risks, issues, and corrective actions

What you need
